Shipping policy

NUN 1970 team wants our customers to touch and feel our cashmere creations as soon as possible, hence, our shipping policy ensures a quick and smooth order fulfilment experience.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by FedEx Priority International Shipping by air, and arrives within 3-5 business days (however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed).

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping and billing addresses as rerouting packages may result in extra costs. Under the FedEx Priority International Shipping, all packages are insured as per the FedEx “Conditions of Carriage Policy”, here https://www.fedex.com/en-ae/conditions-of-carriage.html

Customers will be provided with an order tracking number to track their shipment. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

RETURNS

NUN 1970 brings fascinating stories to life, and bring happiness to our customers. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 14 days of receiving the package and we will be happy to return the product at our expense (return shipping will be paid by us). After 14 days have passed from the date of purchase, we regret that we cannot offer our customers a refund or exchange.

To request a return, please email support@nun1970.com with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you very soon, next we will order a product pickup by FedEx from your location.

Some conditions apply for returns; the returned product must be unused and in its original condition and in its original packaging. This is to ensure that the next customer who purchases your returned product will find it in the same condition you initially received it. In case that the returned product is worn or not in its original condition, we will consider the sale as final and will ship the product back to you.

 

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. In that case, you can simply return the undesired product back to us and make a new order from www.nun1970.com

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@nun1970.com with your order number and a photo of the garment, and once your request is approved; we will make sure you receive a beautiful garment as a replacement once we receive the damaged product.

In case the same product is out of stock, we will gladly offer you a refund once we receive the damaged product; alternatively, you may choose to wait until we restock the product and ship it to you (only applicable if we plan to restock the product).
